Eugenio M. Cannatà is one of the three founding principals of Americon Construction Inc. and is the firm’s Principal Executive responsible for new business development. With more than 47 years of experience in the construction industry, he is sensitive to the demands and expectations of leading architects, designers and high-profile clients and assures that the level of service provided reflects such demands; first from himself, and then from everyone at Americon and from everyone associated with a given project. Motivated by pride of achievement and a commitment to the client, he instills these values into every project, inspiring project teams to perform their responsibilities with purpose and direction, and to complete every project expediently and expertly.
Having studied architecture at the Gold Medal Institute in Cassino, Italy, he also holds a Degree in Architectural Studies from Columbia University.
Richard C. Cucci is one of the three founding principals of Americon Construction Inc. and is the firm’s Principal Executive responsible for all financial, legal and administrative activities and for all of Americon’s operations. With experience in law, finance and management, and by applying the core principles of loyalty, respect and pride of accomplishment, Richard inspires all Americon employees to conduct themselves professionally and purposefully, with decorum and with self-esteem. By recognizing the value of every colleague’s and every employee’s contributions, Richard has raised the bar to where and how Americon measures itself.
Richard holds Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts Degrees from St. John’s University.
Thomas C. Prince is one of the three founding principals of Americon Construction Inc., involved in assisting Americon’s leadership with construction activities, operations and client relationships. As a self-motivated executive proficient in communication, needs assessment, revenue generation, strategic business planning and general management, Tom brings more than 37 years of experience in the construction industry to projects awarded to Americon. With a core competency in construction management, Tom’s leadership, mentoring and direction are evident in the successful completion of Americon’s projects. Possessing a proven track record in client and vendor relations, Tom oversees ongoing construction operations and continues to develop new business relationships
Tom holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Wagner College.
Vance Di Giovanni is a principal of the firm with more than 32 years of experience in the construction industry. Vance joined Americon in 1992 and is actively involved in estimating and purchasing, managing a highly-qualified, six-person team of estimators. While estimating and purchasing are Vance’s core responsibilities, he also assumes the role of Account Executive, overseeing the responsibilities associated with preconstruction, bidding and subcontracting. Vance is one of Americon’s most senior and most experienced principals and has for many years, contributed a great deal to the growth and success of the firm.
Vance’s responsibilities include estimating, negotiations and competitive bidding. Vance also interacts regularly with architects, subcontractors, clients and Project Team members to achieve project goals. Vance brings experience to the task at hand and is possessive of a motivating and inspiring demeanor. Vance’s reputation has served Americon well in his ongoing efforts to maintain existing client relationships and to introduce new clients to the firm.
Vance holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the New York Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Construction Management from New York University.
As a principal of the firm, Blaise is actively involved in the firm’s business, managing and guiding Project Teams through the construction process on a day to day basis. Blaise applies his strengths in construction and operations management and his experience in collaborating with dedicated Americon Project Teams and with owner’s consultants, architects and subcontractors. Blaise’s hands-on approach to every project is informed with proven strategies, consistently resulting in client satisfaction. In advocating corporate philosophy, Blaise provides comfort to the client and reinforces Americon’s assurance of a seamless construction experience.
Blaise brings to Americon more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry and has, since joining the firm in 1990, contributed immensely to the surging growth and success of the firm. Through day to day principal involvement and project management, Blaise has spearheaded many of Americon’s most demanding projects for clients such as the Bank of New York Mellon, BBVA, City National Bank, JP Morgan Chase, TD Bank; for Fendi, Tommy Hilfiger and Yelp, to name a few. In addition to his focus on project management Blaise is also actively involved in maintaining existing client relationships and in developing new relationships.
Blaise holds a Construction Management Certificate from New York University and an Associate Degree from The Institute of Design and Construction.
A principal of the firm with 28 years of construction experience, Harold concentrates daily on important efforts associated with project management. Having exhibited leadership, accountability and dependability in all aspects of the projects in which he is involved, Harold has earned respect from the entire Project Team and gratitude from client representatives and trades. Well-known for his laser-focused attention to detail, to the high level of construction service offered by Americon and to the essential requirements of the project at hand, Harold adds dimension to the importance of Americon’s services.
Harold joined Americon in 1996 and brought with him a unique sense of awareness of the complexities and challenges associated with the construction of major projects. Since joining the firm, Harold has contributed substantially to Americon’s growth and success by managing, building and completing important projects including News Corp., 21st Century Fox, BBVA, Citadel, Commerzbank, Dow Jones, GMAC, LFG America, MacKay Shields, Mediaocean, Moody’s, Royal Bank of Canada, and UNICEF to name a few. In addition to maintaining current relationships Harold continues to pursue and develop new client relationships.
Harold holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University.
In his role as principal, Michael’s competent and objective approach to responsible project management is greatly influenced by his appreciation of the architect’s design and strict demands of the project. As a licensed architect with more than 33 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael’s impact on a project’s progress coupled with his experience with trades and vendors, provide assurance to the client. Through an informed capability to comprehend the project’s requirements, Michael takes ownership and is well-respected for his attention to every detail.
Michael joined the firm in 1994 and has since, managed and overseen many of Americon’s important projects, contributing considerably to the firm’s growth and success. Michael’s projects include Answers.com, Chase Manhattan Bank, CNB, First Republic Bank, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, Martha Stewart Living, McKinsey & Co., Nomura Securities and Time Inc., to name a few. Michael enjoys long-term relationships with all of his clients and continues to promote Americon’s services to encourage new business relationships.

In his position as principal, Anthony is actively involved in the firm’s business on a daily basis, supporting Americon’s Project Teams through operational procedures. Project goals are of paramount importance as he proactively drives efforts to achieve those goals by applying 28 years of construction experience to every project. Fundamentally, Anthony builds structure within a project, assuring compliance with project requirements. By promoting Americon’s corporate culture, Anthony instills into every Project Team a sense of leadership and direction. Additionally, Anthony focuses on maintaining existing client relationships and on developing new relationships.
Anthony joined Americon in 1996 and has since maintained, reinforced and developed client relationships with many of the firm’s premier clients, contributing appreciably to Americon’s growth and success. Through principal involvement Anthony has directed the construction of demanding commercial and high-end retail clients such as American Securities, Atlantic Records, The Carlyle Group, Syracuse University, Maimonides Hospital, Pershing Square Capital, UBS; Chanel Retail Stores, Fendi, Stella McCartney, LVMH Tower, Ralph Lauren and Furla USA.
